  • first, strengthening its core structure and internal processes, including ready access to the key data
  • second, strengthening the employee journey and, as a result, the dynamics of its business culture whilst, also, improving its internal processes across all levels - leadership, team and the individual
  • that should result in a 65-100% increase in internal effectiveness and efficiency
  • third, strengthening its customer journey and communications across that journey and into its customer community so they purchase, increasing revenues by between 75-100%
  • fourth, once the structure of these two communities has been strengthened, the SME can then unleash the power of Brand+
  • the improved inter-face between the SME and its customer community will do lot of positive things including further increasing sales and improving the intrinsic value of its business
  • building the Brand+ factor substantially enhances the appeal of any business to would be purchasers and investors, because its revenue stream is now stronger, more secure and enduring
  • as a result of these four factors, the applicable PER will readily increase by 65-100%, (i.e.: from 5.0 to between 8.25-10.0)
  • as a result, the SME ends up with a doubled turnover of £8m, a net margin of 35% (75% more than the original 20%) and a value of between £22-28m.
